[Catholic Caucus] Washington Post Op-Ed: “Let the Latin Mass Remain in D.C.”
Our contributor Ken Wolfe has penned a heartfelt article for The Washington Post (tomorrow’s edition) on the impending archdiocesan decision regarding the Traditional Latin Mass in the Archdiocese of Washington.
Here it is, take a look.
TOPICS: Apologetics; Catholic; Theology; Worship
KEYWORDS: frankencardinal; frankenchurch; tlm; wiltinggregory
Two U.S. Frankencardinals, Cupcake Cupich and Wilting Gregory, have come down hardest on traditional Catholics.

(Where are the good fruits of the Second Vatican Council? Anyone?)

Yet, Cardinal Gregory is considering shutting down the Latin Mass at St. Mary’s, which accounts for roughly two-thirds of that parish’s income, 100 percent of the church’s volunteer singers and about 90 percent of its volunteer base. Just like the vicious woke ideologues in Washington politics who will destroy anything to have their way, the Cardinal of the Emerald City seems perfectly willing to hurt the Church, lose parishoners and shoot his own foot to prove a political point.

The new hierarchy:
Latin bad.
Vatican II good.
Celibacy bad.
Gays good.
Babies bad.
Abortion good.
Future of the church: bad.

A professional heretic, E. Michael Jones, regards the restrictions as a deliberate attempt to drive Trads into schism with SSPX, to purge the Novus Ordo of the Usus Antiquior.
St. Augustine writing “On Baptism” against Donatist schismatics, writes that without charity one cannot be saved. “Schism isn’t the solution to heresy “

Reading the comments on the site, I can’t imagine too many places more hostile than the WP for a pro-Latin Mass piece.

A professional heretic, E. Michael Jones
I used to subscribe to his "Fidelity Magazine" back in the '80s. Sensational, yes, but I recall no heresy. I also saw him when he came to the Rockford Institute to give a talk. Again, no issues with what he had to say.
"Professional heretic" implies that his whole life revolves around his heresy. What is his heresy? Why is he a "professional heretic"?

I agree with Dr. Sivana. Explain how E. Michael Jones is a heretic. I think his “Culture Wars” magazine is brilliant. I don’t agree with him 100% of the time but with his intellect and writing ability, I hope God preserves him for many more years.

Cardinal Gregory criticized Trump when he went to the John Paul shrine but went to the White House to personally give Biden ashes. Pelosi is banned from Communion in San Francisco and Northern Virginia. Gregory needs to bar Pelosi and Biden from Communion in DC and Biden needs to be further barred from Communion in Delaware.
