No mention in source article regarding Protestant ceremonies, which I assume fall under non- religious in Ireland?

Ireland, once a proud and decent nation, has become just another tawdry little European cesspool thanks to their new masters in Berlin.

Less than 25% of weddings take place in a church or other religious institutions in the United States and that was before COVID.

Very true. My last wedding was not in the church, as their requirements were too strict.

Catholics are obliged to have a Church wedding in almost all instances for the marriage to be sacramentally valid. Most Protestants don't have that level of restriction.
Protestants were only 4% of Irish citizens ten years ago, the number is likely lower now, especially among the young. So # of Protestant church weddings is likely a cipher. (Irish Catholics in Ireland don't go to Protestant churches for an illicit divorce and remarriage as many American Catholics do).

Ireland, once a proud and decent nation, has become just another tawdry little European cesspool thanks to their new masters in Berlin. The Germans are masters over no one. They take their orders from globalist oligarchs and neocons, most of them residing in the U.S.

In 2018 Ireland voted in abortion ...

My Protestant great grandparents were married in church in Ireland 1856 ...
The Ballyroney Presbyterian Church in County Down ...

That was occupied Ireland. There are more Protestants in the UK-run northern Ireland. Of course the Scots-Irish are a thing.

No County Down is now in Northern Ireland ...
at that time Ireland was one country ...

And around the same time they voted in queer “marriage.” At no time before or after these two abominations occurred did Red Frankie say a word about it. He let Catholic fall into the ocean in Ireland and ever uttered a sound.

Seriously, what man is crazy enough to attach himself to the “old ball & chain” without some form of a higher power to back him up?

I don’t believe it Nana.
I could be wrong, but I really think voting has not been “true” for decades.
