I thought this would be a good day to point out a few details about Corpus Christi, named for the body of Christ.
The highways form a cross. That appears to have been planned (I'd be surprised it if weren't), along with the name "Crosstown Expressway."
But there are some other interesting data points.
The long "vertical" post is highway 358, which in Hebrew = "Messiah" --
This is also the sum of the letters on the four faces of a dreidle: nun, gimel, hei, and shin -- 50 + 3 + 5 + 300
The letters are the first letters of the Chanukah phrase,"Nes Gadol Haya Sham" -- a great miracle happened there.
The horizontal beam of the cross - Crosstown Expressway - is highway 286.
286 = "kinnor" [כינור], the "national instrument" of the Jewish people.
The word has subsequently come to mean violin in Modern Hebrew.
When the two pieces of wood are joined together, 286 and 358, the result is the "Kinnor haMashiach", the Stradivarius known as The Messiah:
The Messiah - Salabue Stradivarius of 1716 is a violin made by the Italian luthier Antonio Stradivari of Cremona. It is considered to be the only Stradivarius in existence in as new state.
And,
The Messiah was bequeathed by the family of W.E. Hill to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford for preservation as "a yardstick for future violin makers to learn from".

Corpus Christi [קורפוס כריסטי ] = 761, the sum of the last three words of the Torah, in Deu 34:
10. And there has not arisen since in Israel a prophet like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face:

Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani, from Psalm 22:
A Jewish tradition is that King David prophetically wrote this Psalm for Queen Esther, so that she could be comforted during her long years in the palace, alone and isolated from her people.
In Hebrew she is known as Esther haMalka, "Esther the Queen" [אסתר המלכה], which = 761, the reverse of the sum of the verses in the Scroll of Esther (167).
Matthew 27
45 Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.
46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

The Messiah is located in the Ashmolean Museum.
Its first building was erected in 1678-1683 to house the cabinet of curiosities that Elias Ashmole gave to the University of Oxford in 1677.

The Wikipedia page "Resurrection of Jesus" opens with:
The resurrection of Jesus (Biblical Greek: ανάσταση του Ιησού)...
"Resurrection" [Ανάσταση] = 761
a great answer [תשובה גדולה] = 761, and in flipping the word order,
"Great is Teshuva" [גדולה תשובה]
... in the sight of all Israel.
The term yaw was originally applied in sailing, and referred to the motion of an unsteady ship rotating about its vertical axis. Its etymology is uncertain.
YAW is the directional axis, so the word makes simple sense when turned completely around, YAW ↔ WAY.

Also home of US Army Aviation Maintenance Depot... We called it “C”-”CAD”. Corpus Christi Army Depot. Maybe they did other stuff besides aviation... I dont know.... I’ve been there a few times. Lots of oil refineries as I recall.

As a frequent traveler to CC I think this is an excellent example of complete over-reach. When the city was founded back in 1519 I doubt the shape of a cross was considered in the design for the backbone of their highway system. And I seriously doubt that concept has been on the minds of city planners since then.
But CC is a lovely place to vacation or just visit. My family rented a condo on the beach at Port A every summer for years when my kids were young.

I've had a funny thought concept about the famous burning bush. That is, how many shepherds might have encountered it before Moses showed up and wanted to take a closer look. He did that because he genuinely wanted to know Y. Perhaps the hypothetical earlier discoverers "knew" that a perpetually burning bush could not be real and therefore said to themselves, "Yikes, I need to stop drinking." Or, "I'd better get my eyes checked".
Maybe others were willing to acknowledge its existence, as in, "Awesome! I could rope it off, sell tickets, and make a killing." And some, lacking ideas for exploitation and personal gain, may have wanted to destroy it because it threatened their fixed definition of truth and perceptions of reality.
