“‘Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill’” (Matthew 5:17).
The moral law was God’s foundational code. Jesus fulfilled that law by His perfect righteousness. He obeyed every commandment, met every requirement, and lived up to every standard.
But most important, Jesus fulfilled the Old Testament by being its fulfillment. He did not simply teach it fully and exemplify it fully—He was it fully. He did not come simply to teach righteousness and to model righteousness; He came as divine righteousness. What He said and what He did reflected who He is.
God’s judicial law was given to provide unique identity for Israel as a nation that belonged to Jehovah. The laws relating to agriculture, settlement of disputes, diet, cleanliness, dress, and such things were special standards by which His chosen people were to live before the Lord and apart from the world. This judicial law Jesus fulfilled on the cross.
Jesus’ crucifixion marked Israel’s ultimate apostasy in the final rejection of her Messiah and the interruption of God’s dealing with that people as a nation. With that, the judicial law passed away because Israel no longer served as His chosen nation.
Praise God, He will someday redeem and restore Israel (Rom. 9–11), but in the meanwhile the church is His chosen body of people on earth (1 Peter 2:9–10). All the redeemed—those who receive the work of the cross—are His chosen ones.
Ask Yourself
There is no way, of course, for us to duplicate the perfect performance of Jesus, but by surrendering in daily, ongoing ways to His Holy Spirit, we can see Christ’s character exuding from us in steady practice. Have your own failures and experiences caused you to deny this truth? Submit to Him afresh today.

If the Spirit isn’t pointing to God’s word, it isn’t the Spirit.
Lets get those Bibles off the shelves and reading slowly with our lips moving.
In the Old Testament, the prerogative was a form of ideal love with God, in nationalism. He loves you and you love Him back. It was based on pagan rituals which sought to alleviate the demonic born “mental illnesses” by offering blood sacrifice of chickens and sometimes people to such demons.
The God of Israel sought to displace this ritual by instituting His own ritual that was based on expiation of illness through acts of kindness and sacrifice for God at the Temple. It was a sort of ideal love for love equality, but not workable in reality in terms of accounting truly.
The Golden Calf incident was exactly a realization by Jews that one could get anything and more up to infinity perhaps (Tower of Babel) then, and not just peace from a demon, by offering blood. And the closer to the human and virgin blood was, the better the ability of the jews to subvert all the works and powers of God in the hands of Moses. However, at one point, like socialism, you run out of people blood. Industrialization was supposed to fix that and you had thus the rise of the occult like Hitler or Lenin, who unconsciously were moved by such demonic practices, pre-instituting them, ie. preparing the gorund for them under the guise of equality ludicrous atheism aka communism.
This whole ambiguous behavior of God was challenged by the prophets and ultimately in His Son Who put an end to this idealism of equalitarian love for love and sin for sacrifice proof activity. Instead, according to Christ, equality is a pipe dream of hypocrisy, if not an absolute evil.
Indeed, as the pagan gods wanted to be loved without having to love men, and as men strove to tame those pagan gods, sometimes through artful tricks, this management of pretend pseudo-love of the pagan god became quite convoluted and even created human beings that started becoming cunning and as strange as those untamable completely foreign creatures (the fallen angels) were.
Enoch talks about these angels who took women as brides, and this ritual is still sin in the Ethiopian pagan Zar dance where women with “mental illness” are brought to a show where they dance and fall to the ground with an hysterical attack of orgasm. Every Thursday she is to sleep by herself and the demon comes to have relations with her for the family’s peace. This is why muslims have these pagan ritual remnant of “man love thursday” before the Friday service, because the women are by themselves with demons, and the men in turn offer themselves to each other for the demon’s pleasure too.
The key here is the western and communist modern obsession with this pipe dream of equality. Christ said, however, that love for love does not work, and since the alternative was to love without being loved and recognized, it was better to do so than to believe in the “fairy tales” that love must be exactly equal and reciprocal to be fair, the inequality later solved through sacrifice at the Temple. But the Temple itself became corrupt and subsidized by Ceasar, using its money (render unto Ceasar what is Ceasar’s).
Indeed, those who believe in equality in love either are dupes or are gaslighters who pretend just as their ancestors pretended to demons. This time, however, the pretense is not directed against demons but against fellow men who pretend in this equality or who are paranoiac in it, not believing others love them.
Christ simply fulfilled thus the last, unique and only sacrifice for God, as one of God, His Son, and that men did not have to do that. Because narcissism of wanting to be loved without having to love, often accomplished in hypocrite “equality of love” courts of the Pharisees demanding to allow divorce as a front for fornicating (eg. The 5 min prostitution marriage of islamic Iran) was to be abolished by the only other alternative which was to love without being loved.
This of course translates in deicide, in killing of God on the cross. However, since it is the only way, He resucitates. Morever, because satan is now truly hated, Satan himself gets killed.
Christianity has been “accused” of having destroyed countless of gods and pagan cultural rituals. And, true, much has been culturally forgotten about the pagan rituals and how they explain what happened to Christ and what His work was. What it was, actually, originally, is satan who enacted his own death sentence by showing that gods could be executed and unloved when Christ was crucified. In fact, the only “pagan” rituals remaining only exist because thanks to Christ, the “healers” in those cases now do those rituals in a form that is of an exorcizing nature. It teaches the patient to trick the demon instead of being tricked into worshipping it.
The destruction of the gods, however, has put Satan underground, hidden and thus in a way more powerful through this pseudo-atheism of the days. Talk of global warming , abortion vaccine experiments etc. underly a renewal of loving satan under a secular disguise, under “science” worshipped. People, once again, are taught to love their psychiatrists, doctors and ultimately healers and their institutions pretending to be fair and equal in love.
This is where we are at, until the mask eventually comes down and the unconscious satanists nowadays hiding under the blend of un-initiated schizophrenia will be asked to get their initiation and to prove their love for the antichrist through extreme bloodshed and destruction of the planet… all in the name of loving the planet that loves you back…..
