irreverent historical criticism I'm pretty sure that rabbis for the last 2k years have considered Wisdom to be of late (= long after Solomon) composition (not composed in Hebrew as far as we know, no evidence that it was written before the death of the last prophet, etc.), which is why it isn't in the Tanakh.
