Logically it follows then that if homosexual acts are not sinful than no sexual acts outside of a sacramental marriage are sinful. A very significant departure from church teaching.
I see a problem here --- are we to believe and follow the clear texts of the BIBLE or are we to believe and follow the FEELINGS of two Jesuits???

There are things in scripture that are unclear, gray areas. The fact that homosexual acts are sinful in God’s eyes is not one of them. If you deny this basic fact you are not a Christian at all.

So they found scriptures in the Old Testament where God condoned men with men and women with women declaring it was acceptable in His eyes and they found scriptures in the New Testament where Jesus condoned it?
