I am compelled by the Holy Spirit to send out an urgent message to friends and to church leaders we have met all over the world. An earth-shattering calamity is about to happen. It is going to be so frightening that we are all going to tremble, even the godliest among us. We are under God’s wrath. In the psalms, it is written, “For look! The wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow on the string, that they may shoot secretly at the upright in heart. If the foundations are destroyed, what can the righteous do?” (Psalm 11:2-3, NKJV).
In Psalm 11:6, David warns, “Upon the wicked He will rain coals; fire and brimstone and a burning wind shall be the portion of their cup.” This is a righteous judgment, just as in the judgments of Sodom and in Noah’s generation.
The prophet Jeremiah pleaded with wicked Israel, “Thus says the Lord: ‘Behold, I am fashioning a disaster and devising a plan against you. Return now every one from his evil way, and make your ways and your doings good.’” (Jeremiah 18:11). Instead of repenting, though, “They said, ‘That is hopeless! So we will walk according to our own plans, and we will every one obey the dictates of his evil heart.’” (Jeremiah 18:12).
God is judging the raging sins of America and the nations, but what about God’s people? What shall the righteous do?
For our spiritual reaction, we have two options. This is outlined in Psalm 11. We can “flee like a bird to a mountain” (v. 1); or do as the psalmist did: “In the Lord I put my trust” (v. 1) because “He loves righteousness; his countenance beholds the upright” (v. 7).
I will say to my soul, “No need to run. No need to hide. This is God’s righteous work. I will behold our Lord on his throne with his eye of loving kindness, watching over every step I take. I will trust that he will deliver his people even through floods, fires and calamities of all kinds.”
I do not know when these things will come to pass, but I know it is not far off. I have unburdened my soul to you. Do with the message as you choose.
I don't write them, I just post them.
This is a very unusual message from these folks, so do with it what you will.
The Return ping
“Fear not for I am with you. I will never leave you or forsake you. I will be with you even unto the end of time.” I remind myself and repeat His words many times throughout each day. Hang on to Him!🙏
Fear is very hard to overcome, even for us believers. It can be debilitating. Faith has to be strong.
So... short the market? Dump high-tech values and shift to commodities? Looking for some practical market advice here, folks. Any actionable recommendations? Anyone?
Regards,
Thank you for posting. Uncanny how there is this steady undercurrent of calamity lurking just around the corner.

I have been feeling/ sensing a “ lifting” of the evil that has descended upon us. A sense of “ light” overpowering the darkness, a “ victory”, hard to explain in man’s language, maybe it is connected.
More: Revival? Men do not bring forth a Revival, the Spirit sweeps forth a Revival. I have discussed this in the recent past with other believers, a few Pastors, some feel it also. The connection? …..a feeling of calamity AND victory- Revival?
All Revivals are preceded by a nation being brought to it’s knees. This sense of impending calamity indicating coming Revival? ( Victory, a spiritual win against Satan?).
Interesting for serious Christians to post their thoughts.
Any idea why?
9/11 almost resulted in a revival.
The problem is what it takes to get us to that point.
IMO, get out of the city, get some land and learn to grow your own food and become self-sufficient.
Although it may be past time for that to be feasible.
Perhaps investing in metals, like brass and lead.
Since we don’t know what form the calamity may take, it will be hard to advise what to do.
What we did was get a place in the country and start prepping.
The problem is what it takes to get us to that point.

Our current government is betraying it’s people in many ways. First and foremost, they have spit upon God, encouraged atheism, encouraged lawlessness, encouraged unborn murder, ….the list is long.
It is written in times of judgement, “ even the righteous suffered”. How “ righteous “ is America when as a collective whole we did not stop all this evil?
This has been on my mind a lot lately. The Bible says that perfect love casts out fear because fear has torment. Yet we all must face pain in life. Sometimes it can be the result of doing the right thing such as when Christians are persecuted for their faith. So it even says, to some who are going to be cast into prison or even killed, that they should not fear.
I think fear magnifies and amplifies our pain. It causes pain where it would not otherwise exist. However love makes pain bearable. It gives us a reason to endure the pain. For example our love for our family can help us to endure trials for their sake. And a person might be willing to lay down his or her life for a friend or family member. Such is the nature of love.
There’s even a chemical in the body that explains this. It’s oxytocin. This is the hormone that corresponds to our feelings of love when we bond with other people or even animals such as our pets. This is a very powerful drug that allows us to endure pain. There is a direct inverse correlation between having oxytocin levels and addictive behaviors. Addiction is a type of self medication we use to cope with pain.
John 15:13 (NKJV)
Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.
Romans 5:3-5 (NKJV)
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
1 John 4:18 (NKJV)
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.
Revelation 2:10 (NKJV)
Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
I often think that for my own self preservation. But, it feels like abandoning many people. I just can’t align self preservation above others with the teachings of Christ. What about the remnant…
I watched Paul, Apostle of Christ last night. It makes me rethink hiding out.
Short Apple and Tesla.
Go long fertilizer. (literal, as in food, not sarcastic as in indirectly calling the post BS).
Any idea why.

For you have forgotten the God of your salvation and failed to remember the Rock of your refuge. Therefore, though you cultivate delightful plots and set out cuttings from exotic vines— though on the day you plant you make them grow, and on that morning you help your seed sprout—yet the harvest will vanish on the day of disease and incurable pain.…
Isaiah 17:10
Much written about when a nation forgets God.
Thanks, grey_whiskers! You are one of the level-headed ones! (FReepers with an underscore - "_" - in their screen-names usually are.)

Psalms 50:22
“Now consider this, you who forget God,
Or I will tear you in pieces, and there will be none to deliver
I pray our nation does not put God to his word.
