He speaks about the timing of things....I believe I wrote before that when you figure how many events and happenings will occur over that 7 1/2 yr period that’s moving very fast ....very fast for that short period of time.
For that reason we see evidences of the stage being set, or they’re trying to set it, for when these things will be seen at that time.
