It does’t matter about about Catholic/Protestant. It has to do with kids being preyed upon because our denominations have been infiltrated.

Over the last 14 years, 19 Catholic dioceses and religious orders in the United States have filed for bankruptcy protection because of the clergy sexual abuse crisis, according to the watchdog group

Following is the list of dioceses and orders, the dates they filed for bankruptcy and the amount they eventually agreed to pay and the number of abuse survivors

Archdiocese of Portland Oregon — filed 7/6/04 — $75 million settlement. At the time the archdiocese filed for bankruptcy, almost 170 people had filed suits alleging abuse.
Diocese of Tucson, Arizona — 9/20/04 — $22.2 million. At least 26 victims
Diocese of Spokane, Washington — 12/6/04 — $48 million. About 175 victims
Diocese of Davenport, Iowa — 10/10/06 — $37 million. 156 victims
Diocese of San Diego, California — 2/27/07 — $198 million. 144 victims
Diocese of Fairbanks, Alaska — 3/1/08 — $9.8 million. Around 300 victims
Oregon Province of the Jesuits — 2/17/09 — $166 million. Nearly 500 victims
Diocese of Wilmington, Delaware — 10/18/09 — $77 million. 142 victims
Archdiocese of Milwaukee, Wisconsin — 1/4/11 — $21 million. 330 victims were expected to be compensated
Congregation of the Christian Brothers — 4/28/11 — $16.5 million. More than 400 victims
Diocese of Gallup, New Mexico — 11/12/13 — $22 million. About 57 victims
Diocese of Stockton, California — 1/15/14 — $15 million.
Diocese of Helena, Montana — 1/31/14 — $20 million. 362 claims
Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, Minnesota — 1/16/15 — $210 million. Around 400 victims
Diocese of Duluth, Minnesota — 12/7/15 — Ongoing
Diocese of New Ulm, Minnesota — 3/3/17 — Ongoing
