(LifeSiteNews) — Cardinal Raymond Burke has left the hospital and his health is slowly improving following a stay at an Intensive Care Unit for COVID-19, he wrote in a letter Saturday.
The letter is the second update provided by the cardinal since he was released from the ICU last month and the first one since leaving the hospital.
Burke expressed his gratitude to the faithful for their prayers and to the saints for their intercession. “In thanking you, I thank, above all, Our Lord, who, in answer to your prayers, has preserved me in life,” he wrote. “I thank, too, Our Lady of Guadalupe, and all the Saints through whose intercession you have offered and are offering prayers for me.”

Burke also has warned people that governments were using fear of the pandemic to manipulate people. He spoke out against mandatory vaccinations in 2020, saying some in society want to implant microchips in people.

I thought the quote was interesting. I had just read it, which wasn’t mentioned in this article.
I still would like to see something from Burke himself ....after this and after the CDF said it was not sinful to take the vaccine in 2020...that states he was still against the vaccine and did not take it himself. I can’t find anything, and I do not believe he has mentioned it since recovering from COVID. Did he take the vaccine or not?

I was praying for a miracle for my brother, who got sick soon after Cardinal Burke left the ICU. Alas, God called him home. I have come to terms with it being my brother’s time, we just didn’t realize it before he got sick.
