Interesting how hard they work at killing babies,taking our guns and locking down our freedoms.
Roe v. Wade is patently UNCONSTITUTIONAL.
There is NO constitutional rationale in that decision to justify that ruling.
The fact is, the Constitution gives the feds NO power or authority over “healthcare” or abortion or to overturn state abortion laws and there is NOTHING in the reasoning of the decision to clearly show constitutional justification.
Roe v. Wade is therefore an invalid Court decision that should be NULLIFIED and IGNORED - states should absolutely keep and continue to implement their anti-abortion laws - and at some point Roe v. Wade should be OVERTURNED.
