Biden is demented and corrupt. He simply says and does whatever the vile Marxist cabal that runs him tells him. If you study Catholic theology he may not be personally committing a sin since he is not able to comprehend the true nature of his actions or fully understand the consequences of his actions. Yet it would be hard to believe that he has been absolved by a good Confession when he was reasonably rational since he did not change his behavior. He is an evil man.
