I'd agree with your take. The trajectory of the churches today appears to be gearing up for the inclusiveness of the One World Church we know is coming.....their messages resonates this ‘collective’ approach just as the Catholic Pope purposes. All faiths are leaning into that drumbeat ...unfortunately the gospel message may or not be ‘tacked on’ to make it palatable but is not the central message.

Yeah I agree with your assessment.
Whoever preached that “sermon” has no clue and hasn’t done much thorough study of Biblical Eschatology.
