Regarding the "Born “from Above” Vs. “Again.

There are three Greek words

1. Anothen άνθη (from above) occurs 12 times in 12 verses in the New Testament.
2. Then you have Apanow, which means above/ over.
3. The third word is Palon- that really does mean again and Deuteron that means secondly.

In John 3:4 Nicodemus does not use either Palon or Anothon, but rather Deuteron, meaning secondly or second. Here are the other places where it is used: Matt 27:50, John 3:31 etc.
