Ping!
Ah, the thousand year peaceful reign of Christ that Christians love to fight about.
You either believe it will happen later or you think it’s now.
You said ‘peaceful’. That might be a hint right?
With the return of amillennialism to many evangelical churches during the past twenty-five years, anti-Semitism has also resurfaced, as seen in the increasing popularity of Christian Palestinianism as well as in the current anti-Zionism movements. The further that the church drifts away from premillennialism, the more it becomes susceptible to an unbiblical view of Israel’s claim to the Promised Land

Lies. Premillennial Left Behind lies.
Why would someone write such a piece without defining the topic? Amillennialism means . . .
I agree…I found myself searching for the definition…
If you don’t think Anti-Semitism has reared it’s ugly head in churches lately you need to get out more.
You typical Presbyterian, Lutheran, and Methodist church (especially those with a woman pastor) highly favor “Palestinian” causes.
Or maybe you just believe in Amillennialism?
I don’t understand what there is a fight about. The bible is pretty clear on it. There will be a thousand yrs rein.

What does this have to do with evangelical churches that you’ve insulted?
In case you didn’t know, premillennialism is a bogus 20th century notion that died out along with the Left Behind nonsense.
. . . other, a great article.
The fight is as old as time itself since deception is rampant. I do agree the Bible is very clear about the 1000 year Millennial Reign of Christ as the Lion of Judah.
It’s all over the Old and New Testament.
Those churches encourage the divestment from Israel and support Terrorism to virtue signal their support of the “Palestinians”.
You’re not another “Darby invented type” are you? Sheesh...
The Church of Rome is amillennial belief.
One has to ignore some pretty clear teaching in Scripture to accept that as correct.
Christians are allowed to divide on end time interpretations —and still be christians. end times are not considered to be essential doctrines.
My thinking is that end times are a pattern which will eventually result in the return of Jesus. But in the mean time there will be a lot of things that look like end times.
For example, in another couple of decades mass migrations into space will begin. Won’t those look like people being caught up into heaven? Answer. Yes. but they’ll only be an image of the scenes of revelations. not the real thing. Similarly temples were once designed to be images on earth of divine reality above.
There is not the slightest particle of salvation knowledge in amillennialism, nor in any of those splinter doctrines that for centuries people have believed in fiercely and damned anyone who disagreed with them. And then they all died. It never made the slightest bit of difference as to where they spend eternity. None of us have precisely correct doctrinal knowledge that matters, as Paul pointed out.
Excellent post, Roman. I agree with your take on it.
Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior, will have His thousand year reign because ...
The Bible says so.
God said it; God will do it. That’s the end of the argument for me.
THE BIBLICAL TRUTH ABOUT THE MILLENNIUM
No guessing. Here’s what the bible says...
