First: Who is Moshiach ben Yosef?

Let's take a look

Joseph in Egypt (and Canaan) is one of my favorite stories, it's got it all, envy, jealousy, betrayal and on to vindication and redemption, as they say it’s a ripping good yarn.

So let's compare some events in the lives of Joseph and Yeshua.

The first thing is obviously Yeshua raised by Joseph and Miriam, yes Miriam.

John 6:42 And they said, Is not this Yeshua (Jesus), the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?

Yosef sold into slavery.

Genesis 37:28 Then there passed by Midianites merchantmen; and they drew and lifted up Joseph out of the pit, and sold Joseph to the Ishmaelites for twenty pieces of silver: and they brought Joseph into Egypt.

And of course Yeshua went down to Egypt as well.

Matthew 2:13 And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy him.

2:14 When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: 2:15 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son.

Yeshua sold

Matthew 27:9 Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, And they took the thirty pieces of silver, the price of him that was valued, whom they of the children of Israel did value; 27:10 And gave them for the potter's field, as the Lord appointed me.

Regarding the valuations of Joseph and Yeshua

Leviticus 27:1 The Lord said to Moses, 2. “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘If anyone makes a special vow to dedicate a person to the Lord by giving the equivalent value, 3. set the value of a male between the ages of twenty and sixty at fifty shekels of silver, according to the sanctuary shekel; 4. for a female, set her value at thirty shekels; 5. for a person between the ages of five and twenty, set the value of a male at twenty shekels and of a female at ten shekels; 6. for a person between one month and five years, set the value of a male at five shekels of silver and that of a female at three shekels of silver; 7. for a person sixty years old or more, set the value of a male at fifteen shekels and of a female at ten shekels.

Now Yosef’s brothers got the evaluation correct, twenty shekels but the valuation for Yeshua is a grievous insult, or rather an attempt at one. I’m aware of the prophesies of Jeremiah and Zechariah but still, thirty shekels is the valuation for a female in that age group.

Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Yeshua also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

And Yeshua himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of Heli…

If what you say has credibility then it must be that just as Yosef was carried off into Egypt, the Nazarene Rabbi Yeshua has been kidnapped and carried off into Pagan culture.
