The Bible speaks about orientation. It says we're born sinners, and it says to seek Jesus for forgiveness all while telling us to repent.

Surely the pastor knows that the Church teaches that the homosexual orientation is not sinful but disordered. It’s only when they act on it that sinfulness enters in. The sad thing about implicitly telling people to have “Pride” in engaging in unnatural acts is that absent repentance and healing they actually become filled with self-loathing, hating themselves, others, and God.
