Well, the Pope managed to issue a statement without praising Sodomy, so there’s that.

Divisive? Division from evil is a good thing.

Hardee har. Even before Trump became president he pronounced judgement on his soul, saying he “is not a Christian.”

Imagine a world where a Vicar of Christ would be for abortion, must be one of those Christians that justify abortion as being a ‘moral good’.........

This is very crazy. When I read Ladaria’s statement, the only thing I thought was the crazy VII “seamless garment” theory, which was essentially that you could oppose Church doctrine as much as you wanted to, but if you supported Democrat social goals, it was all good.

Everything about Frankie and the Gang is so antiquated it’s embarrassing. But it’s also massively damaging and this is meant to undermine our (few) good bishops and give a cue to the lousy ones that everything is fine with Bergoglio...without his daring to say it.

And as for politicians, because the duty of a governing person is towards God and the truth first and to govern his people in accordance, they have always been treated differently. A greater honor, a greater responsibility, and a greater condemnation if you don’t carry out your responsibility.

Popes never condemned the entire population of a country, but only the ruler(s).

But Bergoglio is too timid...or what’s worse, too much in harmony with the “seamless garment” theory and the bishops who believe that they are a wing of the Dem party...to even consider that. (Not to mention the fact that he’s evil.)

If the bishops were going to make a decision at the meeting, the pope just killed it. Is this cooperation with evil?

What we’ll see is a few bishops like Cordileone and Strickland continuing the guidance in their own dioceses to counsel and withhold communion. The rest will stay as is.

I’ll say a thank you prayer the day he kicks the bucket.
