Reasons Why I love The Lord Jesus.
By JAG
He's unafraid brave very courageous. He makes heroic sacrifices to help others. He's the kind of Person that will go straight into the pain to save you knowing that nails are going to be driven into His hands and feet but He keeps on going anyway. We humans love Unselfish Courageous Givers and that's who Jesus is. So I love Him ~ and I like Him and want to be like Him too.
He hurts when His friends hurt. He feels their sorrows. He was moved to tears when His friend Lazarus died and He saw Lazarus's sister Mary grieving crying heart-broken. The Lord Jesus is soft-hearted, tender-hearted, warm-hearted and He feels sympathy. He cares about people. He's not a self-seeker. He loves others more than He loves Himself. "I came not to do my will. but the will of Him who sent me." No wonder the Lord Jesus has over 2 billion followers worldwide. And these are just the ones we know about.
He's an interesting Person because He's creative. Andromeda, Orion, Mount Everest, and the Bahamas are a small sample of His creative work. He has a magnificent imagination. He designed and created the men who designed and created the iphone. He created beautiful flowers and butterflies. He designed blues, reds, and the greens of summer and the entire color spectrum ~ quite beautiful it is too. And He's lovable. To know Him is to love Him. And I do.
He can be as justifiably harsh and tough as He needs to be to defend Truth. To the Pharisees: "You blind fools" you make your converts "twice as much a child of hell as you are . . . You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell?" Remember He was speaking the truth to murderers in His first century "wicked and adulterous generation" who had cold-blooded hate in their hearts. Later on they wanted to murder the Lord Jesus. "So from that day on they plotted to take His life" John 11:53. Jesus had raised Lazarus from the dead and Lazarus was the living breathing empirical evidence that Jesus was who He said He was, "So the chief priests made plans to kill Lazarus as well." John 12:10
The good news: The huge majority of humanity is not like those murderous Pharisees. The human race, as a race, will be saved. The Apostle John: "I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language" praising God for their salvation. Rev. 7:9-12 So? So . . .
God has a plan to fix the world. It needs fixing 'cause men wrecked it with their Sin ~ Jesus came to put it all back right and He is going to do exactly that. "I am making everything new", said the Lord Jesus. There will come a time when "He will wipe every tear from their eyes" and "the old order of things has passed away" and there'll "be no more death or mourning or crying or pain." Rev. 21:4
Loving kindhearted Magnificent Courageous Savior, Thou hast conquered Satan, Sin, and Death for us all. Hallelujah and thank You Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit for saving the lost human race. We love You.

The eminabke Michael savage used to always say the following quotation
“God sees the truth: and waits “
When we look at the stolen election I believe this quotation serves that perfectly
When we look at the leftist trying to rush out and destroy everything and change everything to their communist whims I believe this quotation also applies
It is also been said that lies run around the world three times while the truth is still putting her pants on
Amen.
Jesus = The real superman. The hero of the ages. The type of Man that every man should emulate. To know God is to love God. All of our disappointments in life are due to our actions or those of others. We should never blame God. God allows things to happen to show the Universe His Way is the only way. Satan accuses God that no one can live up to His rules and laws. Jesus proved him wrong. Through His sacrifice we may live without sin or blemish if we believe.
I love Him because He died in my place to save me.
That’s all that’s needed.
Well done. Watch this and enjoy!

I love the Lord Christ Jesus because He first loved me. That’s really amazing.
He's everything great and admirable and the hard part about describing Him is that there's always more to say.
I love this little video because I think the speaker (is it Rev Manning?) does a great job of it (but there's more).

I love the way He stays with you no matter what, through thick and thin. I've marveled at the Bible, His love letter to us. It's not just the multi-leveled complexity, but also the beauty, and reliability. I've thought of Him as the Author of all authors.
He's the most inspiractional, lovable leader ever; thousands of years after sacrificing His life for His loved ones, people follow him gladly. He loves justice. He loves completely, including people who hate Him.
He loves freedom and gave us free will to choose for ourselves. He could have created us to obey Him completely, but then we would have the choice to love Him or not.
He's so understanding. When I'm angry and don't understand, He's more patient than anyone else I've ever known. He has always treated me better than I deserve. He actually wants me to turn to Him, to ask for..well...everything I need, want and wonder about. There's always more.... :)
The link I provided was actually Dr. S. M. Lockridge. :)

Thank you.
Magnificent thoughts up there. You ought to consider developing that into an essay and publishing it on the web and mailing copies to your family and friends.
God Bless.

____________
Did you read the title of my piece?
Did you see the word “I” in the title?
The word “I” refers to ME, JAG.
And I gave reasons why “I” love the Lord Jesus,
not reasons why “You” love the Lord Jesus.
And there is no possible way to read Matthew 23 and NOT reach the solid conclusion that Jesus was in fact justifiably HARSH with those wicked evil people who would later actually murder Him. The following is obviously and clearly harsh language:
“You snakes. You brood of vipers”__The Lord Jesus in Matthew chapter 23

Thank you, cornfedcowboy

Yes, this is your list and certainly not mine. But I would suggest the glaring omission of forgiveness of “sin”. It sounds like a list that Joel Osteen would have put together.

You don’t know what you’re talking about.
{1} In the first place it’s totally ridiculous for you to assume that because I didn’t mention forgiveness of sin that therefore I am not aware that I have been forgiven. You should have been able to deduct from the piece I wrote that I thank God for His forgiveness of sins.
{2 } Most likely you are one of those nit-picky Christians who go around looking to find fault with everything that is not written by YOU.
{3} Regarding Joel Osteen: You don’t know what you’re talking about there either.

Joel Osteen is a much a true Christian as you are.

I went back and re-read my OP.
Any reasonable mind would have AASUMED that the writer of that OP {Me JAG} did in fact thank God and the Lord Jesus that his sins had been forgiven. Again it was ridiculous of you to ASSUME that beciase I didn’t mention the forgiveness of my sins — that therefore there was something wrong with the OP.
BEST.
