Bishop McElroy: US and Vatican can work together on vaccine distribution

As U.S. President Joe Biden prepares to name his new ambassador to the Holy See, policy experts have encouraged the next Vatican ambassador to work closely with the Vatican's Dicastery for Promoting Integral Human Development.

San Diego's Bishop Robert McElroy, who was recently appointed by Pope Francis as one of five American board members to that Vatican office, says he "absolutely" agrees with that advice and believes one initial and significant area of potential collaboration would be vaccine distribution.

Equitable distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine has been a "tremendous concern" on the part of the dicastery, he noted, which is working with the scientific and medical communities to ensure that vaccine access is not limited to wealthy nations.

"That's an area which our country has to face," he told NCR. "Are we going to be vaccine hoarders? Or are we going to be like the good Samaritan in Fratelli Tutti who reaches out and really tries to even sacrifice ourselves?"

‘Science’ is the new Mary for the fraud of Rome... Wonder what Galileo would have to say about the ‘new’ religion of science?

Trump arranged to send the Pfizer vaccine to Manila in January, but the official in Manila didn’t sign the paperwork, so the company shipped the vaccine to Sinapore instead.

Now they are using the cruddy Chinese vaccine from a company that has bribed officials in the past.

And we are in asecond wave of the epidemic.

Lots of antivax propaganda so people are refusing to get the vaccine, and they distrust the Chinese version.

A lot of the antivax stuff on social media comes from China to make people distrust the west, and of course the media who hated Trump exaggerated the side effects by pushing reports of deaths but not mentioning the huge numbers given the vaccine. 100 million given vaccine...

Bishop McElroy: US and Vatican can work together on vaccine distribution

Next, the U.S.and Vatican can work together on the ongoing practice of using murdered babies for future "medicinal" purposes.

Why can't the US and Vatican work together to end infanticide instead?

The Killer Bees: Bergoglio and Biden.

Why can’t the US and Vatican work together to end infanticide instead?

Because the US govt is fully on board with the UN, Gates, Agenda 21, feminist, Bilderberg goals of population control, and thus they support (and fund) worldwide abortion and sterilization.

We can only pray the Vatican is not also involved?

Duterte’s folly. Trying to play both sides. Other than Duterte and his administration, no one in the Philippines likes or trusts the Communist Chinese.

The vatican has been involved in the last two U.S. presidential elections.
