The Jewish people are commonly referred to as the, “Chosen people”; and to this the scriptures attest. It is important to understand, however, that although being chosen certainly can be a blessing, it can also be a curse, as was the case with Judas. Saul also was chosen, nonetheless, what began with an anointing of the Lord ended with being cut-off. On the other hand, David being chosen prevailed greatly and pleased God. Thus, the promise was given, that through his seed Messiah would come.
When God chooses a person, or a people, there is then a responsibility of those who are called to fulfill their calling. Being chosen is not necessarily synonymous with a promise of blessing, it is an opportunity. As the Lord said to Israel:
“Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the Lord your God, which I command you this day: And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the Lord your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known” – Deuteronomy 1: 26-28
So then, God chose Israel to be a light unto the nations. In a sense, Israel was drafted; being chosen was not a choice. Neither could they reject their chosenness. They were faced with the options of what to do with it. They could either dessert and go AWOL, or they could fulfill their calling. Over time, they did both.
In so doing, they became a light to the nations. A physical picture of the blessings that follow obedience to God and the curses that follow rebellion. Not only so, but we can also trace our own path into the future by knowing and understanding the path of Israel to greatness and the path to destruction. All things written in scripture were given as examples for us to observe and follow.
There are many parallels in American history to what happened in ancient Israel. However, Israel was a physical example of spiritual things. Today we are in a spiritual war. It is one war, but it is taking place on two fronts in two dimensions; the physical front being a peephole into the spiritual. The patterns which are laid out in the Bible are a map of our own journey.
The Jewish people, throughout their history, have been separated, despised, and persecuted. Chiefly because they were blessed by God and others were envious or afraid of them. Even today that persecution still persists. Many have tried to rationalize or explain it but miss the crux. The root of anti-Semitism results from a spiritual conflict and a hatred of God.
Likewise, the latest form of vilification: hating whites, is also spiritual. Both forms of demonization, are indirect attacks on God through an attempt to destroy His framework by destroying those who were used by him as his workmen. Historically, this persecution came upon the Jews first, and later also upon the Gentiles who embraced the laws of righteousness in the Bible which was handed down from God through the Jewish people.
The foundation of freedom in the West was largely based on Biblical scripture, very strongly influenced by “Old Testament” accounts. From the beginning, it was a majority white population through which biblical faith thrived, that biblical principles became a major force shaping Western society.
Totalitarians seek to replace God with themselves hoping to build their own versions of the Tower of Babel. To accomplish this they must first break up the foundations of freedom and human rights by destroying the Founders and builders of liberty along with all those who followed in their steps who were inspired by God. This is what is at the root of the attack on “Whiteness”, not skin color. Atrocities know no bounds in human flesh.
The attack on Whiteness is of course not to say that all White people are of God; for like all kindreds of the earth, some are, most are not. However, enough were to make a great difference; and no other group has influenced the whole world more since the founding of America with a possible exception to the Jewish people. Certainly American missionaries have been prolific around the globe and many Christian ministries today in foreign countries have roots in American Evangelism. Thus, the animosity from ungodly men.
God blessed America for the faith found in the nation. God empowered the nation and made the nation great to the end that America would be a light to the nations, a City on a Hill, and a witness of God’s blessings and of the gifts of Liberty. The same work was also present when God first choose Israel to be a light to the nations. Today, those God given blessings of prosperity and power bestowed by God upon America are referred to as, "white privilege". Thus, denying God the glory of his work.
Underneath the current anti-White cultural movement of the ‘woke’ is the spirit of hating God. The same spirit that from the beginning sought to destroy the Jewish people for being instrumental in giving the Bible to the world.
Very good article, well reasoned and well written.
Sounded like plain & simple truth to me. We can follow what the Lord has commanded & enjoy the blessings we all want or go against it & suffer the consequences which we are experiencing in many cases right now. It would be so much better if the majority would choose to enjoy the blessings, but we all have the choice. Of course, the problem is that when very many make the poor choices then many others also suffer.
This article is excellent. I often wonder why we can read of Israel being chosen with the two options of a blessing or curse, but we make salvation as a granted good ending. While I do believe in once saved always saved we miss many spiritual fellowships and spiritual blessings from God because it is taught as optional.
It is too late to turn back the clock but we in the USA have missed a lot with God because He has blessed us with material goods. We let that lul us into worldly contentment.
I’ve told people for quite a while that if they have a problem with who I am and maybe with who they are; take it up with God. He made them who they are, and placed them where they are for His purpose.
All this anti-white or racist crap is rebellion against God. Nothing more.
It’s the inversion of the 1930s and early 40s of fascism.
Then, White people good, everybody else bad, eliminate them—Now, Everybody else good, White people bad, eliminate them.
