Vatican sources told Edward Pentin (NCRegister.com, March 26) that two Cardinals wanted to summon presiding Limburg Bishop Georg Bätzing to travel to Rome after he had called in December for homosex "blessings."
However, Francis refused to take any measures against Bätzing, one source told Pentin. Bätzing also revolted against the March statement of Francis' Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith against homosex "blessings."

Those who like to use the “Catholics have always had bad Pope’s every now and then” had better beware. The Magisterium is simply biding their time until enough clergy and laity will accept the changes without too large of a schism. When that happens, doctrine and dogma will be changed. They may do it slowly, they may do it rapidly depending on how they perceive the consequences.
They want gay marriage and abortion..The next pope will push it even further....
Today the “woke” LGBTQ and heretical CC leadership do not want Christians to love the sinner.
Rather, Christians are expected to deny LGBTQ are sinners at all, while they, for one example, deny Jesus’ words in Matthew 19:5.
This is what they project and demand across all fronts: that it is hateful, nay almost “sinful”, to call homosexuality, lesbianism, etc, etc, sins, along with declaring that heterosexual adultery and fornication also are sinful, despite the Bible not condoning homosexuality, lesbianism, adultery, fornication, etc. So their solution isn’t calling sin, sin, but rather redefining it as righteousness.
But that is counter to Jesus’ words in Matthew 19:5, St. Paul’s writings in 1 Cor. 6:9-10, and in many other Sacred Scripture passages in the OT and NT.
What is taking place now within society and also the CC shows that many heretics and heretical cardinals, bishops, priests, etc, don’t want sinners being loved, but rather want sin to be excused, justified, and accepted instead of seeking them being justified through repentance. They want their sin to be declared not sinful but to be pronounced righteousness, and thus want their unions to be blessed because they see marriage as a positive.
This is at the heart of leftist, woke virtue signaling: They seek to redefine what Jesus and the apostles, along with the OT, says is righteousness, seek to redefine what is tolerable, won’t tolerate anything that is contrary to their view of sin, they seek to redefine sin, and then pat themselves on the back over their “new righteousness.”
