Dennis invites you into his home as he conducts a virtual Passover Seder (recorded April 2020).
Watch and learn as Dennis explains the meaning of the rituals, but if you want to participate along with Dennis, you’ll need the standard Passover accoutrements (one per person in your household):
1) Matzo 2) Salt water 3) Parsley 4) A hard-boiled egg 5) Horseradish 6) Charoset — a mix of nuts, raisins, and honey. 7) Haggadah

This was done during the initial onslaught of the Chinese Frankenvirus. I'm not Jewish, but I found it quite interesting, and, given the degraded state of our times, touching as well.

If Jews can’t work or cook food on the Sabbath (Friday night to dusk on Saturday evening), and the Passover begins at twilight on Saturday evening, then how do Jews prepare a Passover dinner?

Prep it before Shabbat, then start cooking and eating after sunset, Saturday.

This is lovely. Even as a Christian, I’ve taken Old Testament courses, studied Exodus and participated in several seders, but as he points out, the story told at the seder is so deep, and there is always more to learn. Thanks for sharing, TSR.
