It’s so interesting that you chose to post here and now. My ex-husband, a navy vet, is lying dying in a hospital right now from yet another stroke.
He is not likely to survive this time. He had two strokes in quick succession three years ago that actually did kill him but they brought him back to life. I was there with his daughter (from his first marriage) through some long, difficult weeks of recovery at the hospital. At that time he still had not submitted and would not submit to Jesus.

I read your FR story. I’m so sorry about your tribulations, but glad you found what you needed. I believe I’m a good person. I regret many things in my youth, but later have shown my worth in life. However, I will not “submit” to Jesus or any entity. Christ accepts me for who I am or doesn’t. If he’s all that, he can see into my heart. I will always love his values and principles.
