Not sure of your point. Believers will come before the Judgment seat of Christ after the Tribulation.

Before the Tribulation...We must be perfected at the judgment to be able to take part in the Wedding which takes place during the Tribulation...

When the unrighteous are disposed of the New Jerusalem comes down to earth from Heaven. With an area of 1,960,000 square miles, that leaves a lot of room for the redeemed who will live there, no doubt in the “many mansions” Jesus spoke about.

There will be no earth at that time...It will have been destroyed...
