So, O great bible scholars, what’s the answer? Can born again’s commit sin or not? Are they robots or perfect, or not? Why are you avoiding answering that question?
Can you sin after you die? What dies? Not just the body stops functioning, so you definitely CANNOT sin after you die.
What has died in our salvation by faith alone in Christ alone? Paul answers that precise thing and you have read it without realizing what GOD is saying when He has Paul write that our flesh has been put to death on the cross. Spiritually, the sin nature is sequestered away from the born again spirit where GOD is abiding, IRREVOCABLY.
The Word of God tells us that it is GOD WHO is in the born again. God abides in the spirit of the born again. God cannot sin so the born again spirit remains sinless until GOD pairs that spirit with a new body and behavior mechanism, in the Departure of The Body of Christ.
The corruptible MUST put on incorruptible. The flesh (body + behavior mechanism / soul) is corruptible and so long as it is not in the grave it will sin. We live by the spirit where God IS abiding as we deny the flesh to rule over us. That is what WE are called to do.
What does God do? He abides in our born again spirit so that there is an aspect to us that cannot sin and is awaiting The Departure from this 4D realm.
Don’t know why this is an issue. Of course born again Christians can sin. It’s human nature.
