I’m less about the geographic origin of A/C ‘cuz scripture makes it pretty clear that there will be NO WAY to mistake his identity when he arises.
And, even if it’s a system thing, there will be an identified head who’s preferred pronoun will be “he” and in whom will be vested the full power and authority of the broader organization. So, it’s my opinion that the “Is the A/C an Individual or a System” question is best answered with a simple “Yes.” The Individual needs a global system to prosecute his goals, and a global system needs a Head to carry its torch, be the single-point spokesman, and worldwide representative with signatory authority.
