Cardinal Raymond Burke has condemned President Joe Biden’s plan to codify into federal law the results of the 1973 Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court decision which imposed abortion on demand across the country.
On Friday, the 48th anniversary of the infamous Roe decision, newly installed President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris issued a statement saying: “In the past four years, reproductive health, including the right to choose, has been under relentless and extreme attack.” They added, “The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.”
“We live in times when it can seem that the evil one is succeeding in his program of lies and death. In our own nation, the federal government wants to codify as law the totally unjust decision of the Supreme Court which made legal abortion-on-demand, and to impose upon schools the teaching of the iniquitous gender theory,” Burke said.

From a rule of law standpoint they have long needed to codify the Judicial Legislation.

How Longsuffering Will The Almighty Be When Innocents Suffer???
FINALLY someone speaks out!!
How dare the Cardinal question the faith of the most religious president in 50 years...
5 In the same hour came forth fingers of a man’s hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall ...
Well, at least this is just a made-up story from a book of fiction about events that never happened. Nothing to worry about.
In other words, the constitutionally indefensible, politically correct “right" to murder unborn children scandalously legislated from the bench by state sovereignty-ignoring activist Supreme Court justices imo.
”[...] the care of the property, the liberty, and the life of the citizen, under the solemn sanction of an oath imposed by your Federal Constitution, is in the States, and not in the Federal Government [emphases added].” —Rep. John Bingham, Congressional Globe, 1866.(See about middle of 3rd column.)
”From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added].” —United States v. Butler, 1936.
Oh my. The devout Catholic funding abortion. Yet another of the many lies he tells throughout his miserable, pathetic, criminal, as*suck of a life.
Who cares what Cardinal Burke thinks about anything? Xoe Bai Din’s bestest buddy, Jorge Bergoglio, shunted the Cardinal off to Malta years ago to silence him. Now Bai Din and Bergoglio are high fivin’ and backslappin’ each other while having a big belly laugh. Hell, Bai Din even has Bergoglio’s picture in the Oval Orifice. I swear, I can’t imagine a more satanic figure in our time than Bergoglio the anti-Christ. And I say that as a Catholic in good standing, whatever that means nowadays.
Yeah, pure fiction.
How can the president create laws without congressional approval?
Oh, really Cardinal Burke? You are so upset that you condemn
the plan? What about the schmuck who will sign the bill?
You know - that excellent Catholic China Joe Potato Head Biden.
No reprimand, denial of communion or (horrors!) excommunication. Joe is just too good a Catholic
to chastise.
Obviously you don’t know that Burke has no authority to excom Biden who is not in his jurisdiction. That would have to come from Biden’s own bishop. Also, Cardinal Burke has clarified at other times with other bishops, that Biden and Pelosi should be denied communion. Your anger is directed at the wrong Cardinal, and there is vast differences between them.
In another post, I happened to mention the thing in history that has taken the most lives and wanted to post something about it here. Historians and statisticians estimate Islam is responsible for the deaths of about 300,000 million people since its founding in the 1400s. And best estimates are 500,000 million lives were lost in all of the wars fought throughout history.
However, even after combining the two previous causes of human death and suffering, they still don't add up to the numbers of lives taken and suffering caused by the abortionists worldwide since the USSC legalized this evilest murder of humankind in 1973.
In less than 50 years, abortion has claimed the lives of over 60 million here in the US, and it's estimated 1 billion worldwide.
Truly this nation has set the standard for destroying lives in all of recorded history and is surely the future nation that matches the following prophecy:
And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.
I can think of no words to fully express how sad and distraught this makes me feel about a country I once believed to be the greatest country in the history of mankind.
Spineless Bishops,. Joe Biden is excommunicated by his support of abortion and should be denied the Sacriments. Too bad the old bell, book and candle ritual isn’t performed these days. Bidens excommunication would be better TV than Trump’s sham impeachment
[Yeah, pure fiction.]
That’s what I used to see on Yahoo from the liberals. A lot.
I see the same on Youtube too.
Jesus isn’t coming back, the Bible is a work of fiction, God isn’t real, etc. etc. etc.

That’s one speaking out - does the Cardinal have any allies?
Sometimes I think the rule among FReepers is "shoot my enemy, then shoot my friend for good measure". Or maybe that only applies to Catholics? Burke is one of the good guys.
