A Pagan holiday? No. It does share a couple of traits of one though, namely the tree. That is definitely a Pagan thing.

Jesus Christ, the LORD, clearly put forth the HOLY DAYS he wants his followers to observe. They are found in Leviticus chapter 23. Christmas is substitute, a counterfeit holiday.
