I read an article in Soldier of Fortune years ago about the civil war in Ethiopia between muslims and Christians. When a Christian village is burned, they would paint “allah is god”. Christians were mostly wiped out UNTIL...some ex-Green Beret went there and introduced GUNS.

After they retaliated burning down muslim villages, they spray painted “Jesus is God”. Even the most ardent Christian can offer their left cheeks for a certain time and the obvious moral of the story is EFFING ARMY YOURSELF. God listens to prayers but sometimes He’s busy. Get off your knees and do something!
