Is there a single issue on which Francis comes down on the Catholic side anymore? If you want to be a conservative, a patriot, a traditionalist, a regular guy—just do the exact opposite of what this little, diminutive man does. (Yes, despite what you may have seen from the Vatican glamor shot photographer, Francis is actually just over 5’7”, which explains a lot.)
So, when it came to handling COVID, what did the great big man do? Closed down the churches and immediately started talking about the desperate need for a new worldwide post-COVID economy (read “GREAT RESET”).
And then he called up his biographer to pitch his new book idea: How Pope Francis Responded to COVID Like a UN Toady. Well, the actual title is even worse: Let Us Dream: A Path to a Better Future
Same thing. Reminds me of Dreams from our Fathers. What’s with these guys and their dreamy little worldview? They’re stuff always sounds like lyrics for an Everly Brothers’ song.
So now there's “Let us Dream”…or is it “Lettuce Dreams”?
And this new literary bombshell is packed with passive aggressive shots at sincere Catholics and God-fearing patriots, of course. After all, it’s Francis!
Get a load of this one, aimed at anyone who’d like to be done with the COVID fearmongering like, yesterday:
Some groups protested, refusing to keep their distance, marching against travel restrictions – as if measures that governments must impose for the good of their people constitute some kind of political assault on autonomy or personal freedom.”
Maybe His Holiness would benefit from looking up the definition of freedom?
But then there’s this bit of pompous pontificating against those evil Trump supporters as opposed to the virtuous BLM and Antifa thugs of which Francis and his friends can’t seem to get enough.
Here’s Francis parroting the hypocrisy:
You’ll never find such people protesting the death of George Floyd, or joining a demonstration because there are shantytowns where children lack water or education, or because there are whole families who have lost their income,” he said. “On such matters they would never protest; they are incapable of moving outside of their own little world of interests.”
Um… “because there are shantytowns where children lack water or education”?
Can this man be serious?
He can’t believe that, because it’s an absurdity that the “noble poor” are rioting in the streets for the sake of the “shantytowns”. But if they’re allowed to continue, they’ll turn this country into the United Shantytowns of America. No water or education for ANYONE because in some places, somewhere, there are people who don’t have those things!
Righteous! I’d like to give Francis a woke, COVID-mandated elbow bump. Why? Because, safety first! Health Dictators, step in line behind Andy Cuomo (he’s at the Emmy Awards afterparty without his mask or socially distancing), because Francis is all in with the lockdown police:
“With some exceptions, governments have made great efforts to put the wellbeing of their people first, acting decisively to protect health and to save lives.”
God bless you, Francis. You can resign now. I’m not a big fan of papal resignation but, in your case, I think God would understand.
The Catholic College of Cardinals elected him according to protocol and you have no say in the matter.
He’s the personification of Catholicism, like it or not, and as such represents the Catholic religion to the rest of the world.
You can personally rebel against your religion and its official leader, but your religion also condemns you for that. It is not an option for Catholics who wish to go to heaven according to your own early church fathers and other Catholic teachings.
The George Floyd riots were a rush to judgement. George Floyd was dying from a drug overdose and became out of control when they tried to stuff him into the back of the police car. He died from cardiac arrest.
Nope, not money.
Leaving corruption of an organization that claims to represent Christ to the world in exchange for money. If you give Catholicism enough money you can buy any amount of salvation and *graces* from them, so they say.
Problem is, they are making merchandise of God, just like the money changers that Jesus drove out of the temple.
Skimming a profit off what God gives free to the world is extortion by Catholicism.
Catholicism cannot afford that luxury.
They claim the moral high ground and to represent Christ to the world, then they better live like it.
God has something to say about taking His name in vain and that doesn’t just mean using it as a swear word.

If ad pops up click x in upper right to get rid of ad. Scroll down past yellow to next area. Click sound icon which is off to turn sound on and play show. Informative god-fearing good man IMO.
I can verify what he is saying about vaccines with my own life experience in my family, friends, acquaintances
I’ll leave it at that for now.
#64 So true. Thanks, ‘mom.
Which video?
There are several at that site.
Could you be more specific or give the link for the particular one you are referring to?
“If you give Catholicism enough money you can buy any amount of salvation and *graces* from them, so they say.”
Who is Martin Luther?
https://www.britannica.com/biography/Martin-Luther
Martin Luther King? Good man.
Got stories about Protestant, Presbyterian. I’ll leave that for now. My mom was a Christian. RIP mom. Thanks. love
OOPS. One more thing. My wife was raised Catholic. She still goes to church. My sis converted to Catholic because her best friend Diane was in a big 7-child Catholic family 2 doors away. The boy in the house next door to us of 3 boys got his vaccine shot. He was never the same. Stop. Yikes.
My daughter’s hubby is Michael. I call him St. Michael. Good man. He has a son Lincoln who was to have a twin brother. RIP Liam. No body knew at that time.
My early girlfriend in Detroit who I (Lincoln Park) still keep in touch with gave me a medal to keep on me. I wore it around my neck for years and then let it dangle wrapped around my rearview mirror. St. Christopher medal. I had no idea who he was or what that meant. I do now. Be careful on the freeways and surface streets. There are some high speed drivers out there dodging in and out with very little room for any error. I don’t know why but something might be stressing them out. I never seen anything like it during my travels lately. Stay alert. Food phone music is a distraction. When split seconds count. Slow down. Use the right hand lane. Check your blind spots. Check your rearview mirror.
Marilyn Rose Kavalko was raised Catholic. Single parent mother to her and her sister Rosemary. Her father died when she was a little girl. I forgot how. Marilyn’s mom was Mary. Very religious. Was always praying in her house saying the rosary. My other girlfriend’s father died when she was a little girl. Working on the Ambassador Bridge connecting USA to Canada. A long crane carrying a long I-beam fell and it killed him. Frank Deaton, father of Kathy Diane Deaton. I never met him, but told him I was sorry in prayer. Kathy’s mom was Mary also. She was a great seamstress. She made pants and shirt for me. I was 19. Went with Kathy for 2 years. She dumped me. I split with Marilyn when I went to CMU. She was still a senior at Redford HS in Detroit. I hooked up with Kathy when I transferred to Wayne St. My CMU baseball scholarship. Pffft. Didn’t care about it. That summer, yes the summer of ‘69 (forgot who sang that one), I discovered something that I liked more than baseball. Girls. That darn Kathy. : )
What a life of stories. Write yours down folks. Archive them. Pass them on for future generations. Print them off. Laminate them. Don’t let them get scrubbed from this machine. Your books of Mary, John, Mike, Marilyn, Kathy, Peggy, whoever, etc.
My story is from Phil. That’s me. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

He would have been a good New York politician. He missed his calling.
Oh really?
Maybe it’s time for another 95 theses to be nailed to the door.
That's a false statement. No wonder you left the True Church. Some prot fed you a bunch of lies.
A decade ago, would you have said “I can’t fathom being an American now with this jackass as head.”?
Indulgences anyone?
Catholic history is replete with corruption and immorality and extortion.
Anyone can read that for themselves and see.
What indulgences cost money, metmom?
Put up or shut-up.
Actually I still could. Now, I’m more dubious about it now that tyranny in the name of safety has broken out, alongside lawlessness by their stormtroopers rioting.
No offense to Catholics. I just know that there are good and bad things about having one official leader. This is one of the bad times. Maybe not as bad as Borgias, but pretty distressing.
