10/16/2020: Marking 74 Years Since the "Purim Fest 1946!" Purim Code
October 16, 1946 -- Shortly before Nazi Julius Streicher was executed, he yelled, "Purimfest 1946!"
As it turned out, details of the Nuremberg trials and the sentencings had some unusual parallels with the Scroll of Esther.
Among other things, the peculiar small letters within the list of Haman's sons (chapter 9) spell out the year of the events: (5)707.
As he reached the platform Streicher cried out, 'Now it goes to G-d.' He was pushed the last two steps to the mortal spot beneath the hangman's rope. The rope was being held back against a wooden rail by the hangman.
Streicher was swung suddenly to face the witnesses and glared at them. Suddenly he screamed, 'Purim Fest 1946.'
If we examine the list of Haman's sons three letters are written smaller: the taf of Parshandata, the shin of Parmashta and the zayin of Vizata.
Those three letters together form taf-shin-zayin, the last three numbers of the Jewish year 5707, which corresponds to the secular year 1946, the year that those ten Nazi criminals were executed.

Purim -- History Repeats Itself
Here is an overview of the small and large letters of the Masoretic text.
(There is a type-o in the list of small letters - the middle name containing the small shin is located in verse 9, not 7)
74 years have passed.
Esther 2:7. And he brought up Hadassah [= 74 הדסה ], that is, Esther, his uncle's daughter; for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was beautiful and of good presence; and, when her father and her mother died, Mordecai adopted her as a daughter:
The Hebrew numeral for 74 is ayin-dalet:
... which spells ad ("until") and ed ("witness"). This letter pairing itself is known for a texual oddity: the enlarged letters located in the first line of the Shema, the Jewish statement of faith:
Hear [שמע], O Israel; The Lord our God is one [אחד] Lord (Deu 6:4)
שמע ישראל יהוה אלהינו יהוה אחד
Many commentaries delve into the meaning(s) of this visual messaging. For example, that it spells the word witness, and/or that the letters are enlarged to clarify that the last word is echad ("one") and not acher ("other"). This has to do with the look-a-like letters dalet [ד] and resh [ר].
In any case,
The sum of the verse = 1118, which is the same as the writing on the wall:
מנא מנא תקל ופרסין
As with posters designed with catchy acronym mnemonics, the first letters of the words of the writing on the wall spell out the Hebrew word "dead" (or "[he] died" or "[he] dies") in full; that is, with the letters spelled out in full:
mem [מם] tav [תו]
These 74 years add up to 27,029 days which is 888 months, which is 111 x 8.
27029 only has two factors: 151 x 179 --
is the sum of the quintessential phrase for the Purim story, "Venahafoch hu" [ונהפוך הוא]:
Everything is not what it seems, which is why on Purim it is a custom to wear masks.
The Hebrew word that best describes Purim is venahafoch hu, meaning flipped over story. Whatever bad had seemed to be happening by chance was, in fact, intricately planned for the good. Nothing happens by accident. Theres a design to it all.
Purim in Persia
The phrase comes from Esther 9:1 where is it documented that the plot turned to the contrary:
Est 9:1 And in the twelfth month, that is, the month Adar, on the thirteenth day of the same, when the king's command and his decree drew near to be put in execution, in the day that the enemies of the Jews hoped to have power over them, though it was turned to the contrary, that the Jews had rule over those who hated them:
is the numeric value of Nazi [נאצי].
Nazi x "Venahafoch hu" = 151 x 179 = 27,029 days which marks 74 [Hadassah] years to the day on the... Gregorian calendar which is 888 months. Expressed as 111 x 8, 888 alludes to 1118 -- the Shema, or the writing on the wall which was the bad news resulting from a chronic failure to acknowledge who commands and orchestrates every detail (Daniel chapter 5).
Why are the final letters of the first and last words of the Shema larger than all the others in the Torah scroll?
One of the many explanations is that we enlarge those letters to ensure that they are read properly.
If the word shema, שמע, would be read with an aleph which sounds very similar to the ayin the meaning of the word would change from hear to maybe, changing a firm declaration of belief into an expression of doubt.
Similarly, if the ד (dalet) of the word echad, אחד, would be mistaken for a ר (reish) as the two look almost identical then echad (one) would be read acher (other). This would make our belief in one G‑d look like a belief in two gods.
Another explanation the commentaries cite is these two letters together spell עד (eid), the Hebrew word for witness. When we recite the Shema, we attest to His primacy. This reflects the words of Isaiah (43:10), You are my witnesses . . .

Which is the name Trump [טראמפ], a Purim-themed name for the simple meaning(s). Examples:
Possibly from French triomphe (triumph) or Old French triumphe.
The suit, in a game of cards, that outranks all others.
Something that gives one an advantage, especially one held in reserve.
To get the better of, or finesse, a competitor.
To outweigh; be stronger, greater, bigger than or in other way superior to.
Shortening of Jew's-trump, which may be from French jeu-trump, jeu tromp, jeu trompe (a trump, or toy, to play with).
(dated, music) Synonym of Jew's harp.
There are many theories for the origin of the name Jew's harp.
The fact is though, in Hebrew the "trump" instument is called a nevel pe, a mouth-harp:
Which adds up to 167, the numbers of verses in the Scroll of Esther, and the venahafoch [ונהפוך] of "venahafoch hu", which when spelled out:
וו נון הא פא וו כף
= 317, the date of "Purim Fest 1946" (March 17th, a day that is all about green.)
Saint Patrick's Day [יום פטריק הקדוש]
Esther 2:7. And he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle's daughter; for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was beautiful and of good presence; and, when her father and her mother died, Mordecai adopted her as a daughter:
The Gemara (Megillah 13a) says, Esther was of greenish complexion (like a myrtle). However, G-d endowed her with an ingratiating kindness. This made her appear beautiful in the eyes of Achashveirosh and all the people (Rashi).
Theres a design to it all.
Back to the Future Day was a real life event that was celebrated on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 across the globe.
It commemorated the day to which Marty McFly, Dr. Emmett Brown, and Jennifer Parker traveled in the DeLorean time machine at the beginning of Back to the Future Part II.
The DMC time machine arrives in the rectified 2015.
Doc repeatedly states, "I can't change the past."
When a judgment cannot be changed or rescinded, a new one can supersede the previous decree, making it in effect null and void.
By Avraham Arieh Trugman
In the book of Esther, after Haman is hanged, Mordecai and Esther request from the king to abolish the decree that was sent out to destroy the Jews. The king responds that any decree that goes out with the seal of the king can not be rescinded, but a new decree could be written. Therefore, a new decree encouraging the Jews to stand up for their lives was sent out. We see from this that when a judgment cannot be changed or rescinded, a new one can supersede the previous decree, making it in effect null and void.
If there ever was a time for the Jewish people to call out to G‑d and come together as Esther gathered the people together - it is now. If we came together and cried out from our deepest depths to G‑d, for the sake of the Jewish people and the whole world, surely a nahafoch hu would occur that would ultimately bring the Messiah.
It is just a matter of time when we will in fact do this, but what time could be better than now, as Hillel taught: "If not now - when?" (Pirkei Avot 1:14)
Matthew 17The king responds that any decree that goes out with the seal of the king can not be rescinded, but a new decree could be written. Therefore, a new decree encouraging the Jews to stand up for their lives was sent out:
15 Lord, have mercy on my son: for he is lunatick, and sore vexed: for ofttimes he falleth into the fire, and oft into the water.
16 And I brought him to thy disciples, and they could not cure him.
17 Then Jesus answered and said, O faithless and perverse generation, how long shall I be with you? how long shall I suffer you? bring him hither to me.
18 And Jesus rebuked the devil; and he departed out of him: and the child was cured from that very hour.
19 Then came the disciples to Jesus apart, and said, Why could not we cast him out?
20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
21 Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

Back to the Beginning, Back to the Future. Null and void:
1. In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth:
2. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep; And a spirit from God moved upon the face of the waters:
3. And God said, Let there be light; and there was light:
4. And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness:
5. And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night; And there was evening and there was morning, Day one:

Well you know what they say... 50 is the new 30! :)
You never will get where you're going
If you never get up on your feet
Come on, there's a good tail wind blowing
A fast walking man is hard to beat
Put one foot in front of the other
And soon you'll be walking 'cross the floor
Put one foot in front of the other
And soon you'll be walking out the door
If you want to change your direction
If your time of life is at hand
Well don't be the rule, be the exception
A good way to start is to stand
This reminds me of the movie The Hunt for Red October.
Jack Ryan logically deduced that Captain Ramius wanted to defect, but this was a real head-scratcher. How was the captain planning to accomplish that with a ship full of sailors in the way?
They'd have to want to get off.

How do you get them to want to get off a nuclear sub---

Esther 2:7. And he brought up Hadassah, that is, Esther, his uncle's daughter; for she had neither father nor mother, and the maid was beautiful and of good presence [מַרְאֶה]; and, when her father and her mother died, Mordecai adopted her as a daughter:

* "The 4th of July" [ה-ד' ביולי] is "a Jewish heart" [לב יהודי].
Otherwise written as... 7/4.
So many 25th's of December
Just as many 4th of July's
And we're still holding it together
It only comes down to you and I
I know that you can still remember
Things we said right from the start
When we said that this could be special
I'm keeping those words deep down in my heart
Another year has gone by
And I'm still the one by your side
After everything that's gone by
There's still no one saying goodbye
Though another year has gone by...

Formally in Hebrew,
From Aramaic, from the same as the meaning of the letter hei, "here is" [seed for you]. "Hay" (hei, hi) is seed for you -- de-HAY-nu, de-HI-y-nu
That is ours... that which is "nu", the 1st person pl. suffix indicating we/our/us.
That which is "new".
31 Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:
32 Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among herbs, and becometh a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in the branches thereof.
33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.
34 All these things spake Jesus unto the multitude in parables; and without a parable spake he not unto them:
35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.
With its 24 full moons, it marks 24 lunar months (24 x 29.5 days = 708), which is the full sum of their precise location (i.e. the name of the shape made by the red and blue outlines).
(The 24 elders in the Book of Revelation are by definition full of days.)
In fact, how predictable is this? Many moons ago,
13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What [Mah, מה] is his name? what [מה] shall I say unto them?
14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
15 And God said moreover unto Moses, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, hath sent me unto you: this [Zeh*] is my name for ever, and this [Zeh] is my memorial unto all generations.
16 Go, and gather the elders of Israel [זקני ישראל = 708] together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob is the God of the living. The living are those who are alive, meaning the time is the present because that is when people are alive.
*zayin hei [זה], "this" -- these are the letters marking the present time because...
...the present time (the place of the living, where God is present) is called "zman hove" [זמן הווה], the same phrase as the "present tense" in grammatical lingo. The equivalent meaning comes through in English via the Latin, as "tense" derives from tempus, meaning "time".
It's like the red pushpin on a MAP [Hebrew: מפה, mem pei hei] that indicates, "You are HERE [פה]."
When a teacher takes roll call, the student responds to his name by saying, "Here!", indicating that he is present.
Go, and gather the elders of Israel together...
You see how that is literal on the sign? They are all rounded up together, in one particular place name on the door.
37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!
38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.
39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.
And so it goes. No time to sleep. Time is of the essence.
Chumash - Parshat Shemot, 4th Portion (Exodus 3:1-3:15)
11.But Moses said to God, "Who am I that I should go to Pharaoh, and that I should take the children of Israel out of Egypt?"
12.And He said, "For I will be with you, and this is the sign for you that it was I Who sent you. When you take the people out of Egypt, you will worship God on this mountain."
13.And Moses said to God, "Behold I come to the children of Israel, and I say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they say to me, 'What is His name?' what shall I say to them?"
14.God said to Moses, "Ehyeh asher ehyeh (I will be what I will be)," and He said, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'Ehyeh (I will be) has sent me to you.'"
15. And God said further to Moses, "So shall you say to the children of Israel, 'The Lord God of your forefathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.' This is My name forever, and this is how I should be mentioned in every generation.
The phrase "from the east" (ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν, apo anatolon), more literally "from the rising [of the sun]", is the only information Matthew provides about the region from which they came.
Same "east" as here:
9 When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was.
10 When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.
Only a few days ago, based on the above references, it occurred to me to look up the meaning of this pattern. As it turns out,
The Asanoha pattern is one of the most popular traditional patterns often seen on Japanese kimono. Asanoha means: Asa = hemp: no = of: ha = leaf. The regular geometric pattern, though abstract, represents overlapping hemp leaves.
Origin of Design
Since ancient times the Asanoha motif has been used in holy rituals. It is a familiar design that is often used for baby clothing as it is believed to bestow health and long life. The triangle denotes protection against evil, and Asanoha, an aggregate of triangles, conveys a meaning of strength and beauty. This is currently one of the most popular traditional designs as it can be used for a variety of purposes.
Asanoha depicts a geometric design of hemp leaves. Hemp has long been an important plant and produced before the common era; being the primary clothing fiber along with silk, until the 16th century when cotton was widely produced in Japan. It represents growth and good health.
Hemp is pretty popular because it grows four meters in a four-month without much care, and its believed that hemp leaf pattern has the power to dispel the negativity as a talisman. So it was very common that babys clothing was produced with hemp and Asanoha pattern, in hopes that the child also grows fast and strong.
An interesting data point is that hemp is linked to the identity of the 5th [mystery] ingredient in the recipe for the holy anointing oil:
While sources agree about the identity of four of the five ingredients of anointing oil, the identity of the fifth, "kaneh bosem", has been a matter of debate. The Bible indicates that it was an aromatic cane or grass, which was imported from a distant land by way of the spice routes, and that a related plant grows naturally in Israel. Several different plants have been named as possibly being the "kaneh bosem".
Sula Benet in Early Diffusion and Folk Uses of Hemp (1967), identified it as cannabis. Rabbi Aryeh Kaplan notes that "On the basis of cognate pronunciation and Septuagint readings, some identify Keneh bosem with the English and Greek cannabis, the hemp plant.
