Judging by the title I though the lead article to be about the spirit of antichrist - being manifested as we speak in these antichristian lawless Bolshevik mobs.
Though lip service was given to the spirit of antichrist, it wasn’t too long into the article before we find out otherwise.
The article is click bait. Its really about pushing the pretrib rapture doctrine...as false a theory as has ever entered the mind of man.
There have been times and countries (even now) where Christians have been persecuted, slaughtered, tortured for their faith, by Romans, by Muslims, by communists, etc. The difference now is that so many other things in the world are and have lined up, events in Middle East, Israel, peace pact, worldwide instant communications, interconnectedness, easy ability to do a real physical “mark of the beast” to have people prevented from buying and selling. I believe it could be the very beginnings of the end times, unless for some reason God decides to delay it a while longer.
