There are some great missions to Muslims (in Muslims countries), believe it or not. And they have been very effective. There has actually been quite a large wave of Muslims converting to Christianity...a wonderful things to behold.
And if I am not mistaken, Jesus went to the Cross for ALL humans.
BTW, I have seen testimonies of Muslims on youtube where they read of Him in the New Testament. And their response is (I paraphrase) "Wow. So THAT'S Jesus. He's amazing! I'd follow Him anywhere!"
The real Jesus is so incredibly compelling (as we know) that when people of other faiths encounter Him (even in writing), they are shocked by His personality, his demeanor...just by who He is.
It's a wonderful things to hear of how folks of other faiths react when they encounter the Lord.
