Most of us on this board do bother with politics, even though there is no shortage of Marxist psychobabble on both sides.
For an example of a diocese that does not promote this sort of thing I put forward my own diocese of Phoenix. Here is a portion of the 54 Rosary Novena prayer he is asking Phoenix Catholics to join, but anyone can join in , of course:
