The plan will probably include a complete redistribution of wealth. Possibly, all the properties of those who vanished will be pooled, then divided and distributed within nations and across the world. Everyone will likely have access to computer usage, eventually, so they’ll be able to conduct business over the hybrid Internet system that will probably grow at a fantastic rate.

Even if you could start everyone on exactly equal footing in what they have and how much money they have, within a year, some will make a lot and some will be bankrupt.

It's not a matter of people not having enough. It's a matter of what people do with what they have.

Some are responsible and prosperous, and some are not. And then there will be rich and poor, all over again.
