Meaning "the mere fact that the Church teaches that whatever she solemnly defines on faith and morals for the whole church is guaranteed to be true, means that her definition of herself as being assuredly true when she defines herself as being so is a guarantee that it is true."

As one poster said (something like), "the Catholic church cannot be wrong since she defines what is right or wrong."
