He does mention 2 Thessalonians 2:3 (Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction.) but only tangentially, then disregards it and gives a guess for the rapture. So the Antichrist will be here before then? Not so fast.....
He can’t be revealed until The Church ‘departs’.
Some versions call it “falling away”, the better translation is departure.

I guess all the early Protestant Reformers were idiots then because they all identified the Antichrist, right from the clues in scripture, same ones as in our bibles.

The early church fathers were idiots too? I guess so. They all identified the restrainer of the Antichrist as Pagan Rome (The Roman State). They were only a hundred or more years removed from the Apostles. Who would I believe, Andy Woods or the early church fathers?
