Is a legitimate source - I believe he’s incardinated in a diocese in Wisconsin - and fir many years has run a blog, WDTPRS (What Does the Prayer Really Say) where he started by translating Latin prayers but now covers general Church and liturgical issues. Look it up, it’s very good. Wdtprs.
He never reveals the diocese, but the priest who originally posted this has contacted a priest-canonist and a diocesan representative to discuss it. Of course, since Bergoglio is fine with having the German church essentially make the same demands, I’m not sure there’s gonna be much luck on this. But you can always hope and pray.
