I agree with you. Once the Body of Christ is raptured there won’t be any good government to SAVE in this country. We are the ONLY thing holding this Country and the World together at all right now. When we are removed the evil and lawlessness that we are witnessing now and that will grow worse, will be met with God’s wrath.
The Body of Christ IS the only protection this country has.
I’ve never seen anything I thought was America in Bible prophecy. Now Irvin Baxter, who I differ with in many ways, is trying to claim the USA coming out of Great Britain in verse 4 - though it’s the lion, not the eagle wings that stand on its feet and receives a man’s heart.
When it comes to the end times, I go with Daniel’s 4 beasts.
But let’s say (or I say)
1) lion with eagle’s wings - Great Britain even a symbol over there
2) bear - Russia
3) leopard with four heads - my pastor friend believes this is the USA, Irvin Baxter tries to make it Germany. I’m not convinced either way so I don’t call this one as yet
4) fourth beast - the last government, the government of the Antichrist - a world government but I think based mainly around the E.U. or some derivative with involvement from the United Nations. Since the little horn arises from this, this is the Antichrist coming from Europe, IMHO.
(24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.

Yes - and if he is indeed God’s appointed man, woe to those who speak and fight against him. Sometimes we call this the “Trump curse” - what happens to his enemies; people who are his enemies for no other reason than partisanship, etc.

My little crazy scenario, (LOL) - imagine President Trump as a baby Christian and Vice-President Pence as a mature Christian...raptured.
That would leave President.................NANCY PELOSI.
America wouldn’t last long once that started.
