No. Born from above... those ‘fallen angels’ the book of Jude describes have already been judged like their hero, to death. They refused to be born of woman... all souls, the good, the bad and the ugly return to the Maker that sent them at the death of the flesh body..
At conception the soul is placed in a flesh body.. All souls belong to God.. and all souls were created at the same time, eons ago.
Joh 3:3 Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”
