For those not familiar with Iron Maiden, they're sort of a big thing.

For those not familiar with Nicko, he's kinda good.

And for those not familiar with their live setup...

This should be interesting...

It might take awhile for him to realize that at least some of this stuff just won’t work in his new life.

Man always starts on the outside - visible change.

But God works from the inside out. First, the most important thing is receiving Jesus and being eternally saved.

The rest is icing on the cake.

I’m playing Iron Maiden : Legacy Of The Beast right now. Any other players here, feel free to ping me for a slot in our Clan.

Niko and all the members of Iron Maiden are brilliant folks and have been one of my favorite bands since I first heard them in the early-mid 1980s.

A great drummer from one of my favorite bands. Saw them live in 2012; it was one of those tours where they only played their older material. The newest songs in the set were from Fear Of The Dark (1992) - which meant that with their then-current lineup, no more than five of the six people on stage appeared on the studio recordings.

And as mentioned further up this thread, their lyrics are deeper than those of most other metal bands.

Had one chance to see Maiden in the late 80’s and was getting ready to leave for the show and something happened, I think weather related and the show got canceled. Never had another chance to go

They are the biggest band in the world. They have no one that compares to them.

By far, my favorite all time band. Withstood the test of time. Cerebral lyrics, musical arrangement and composition. Solid, musically-gifted, drama-free bandmen... and still rockin’.. Metal talent at its best. JESUS loves metalers too...
Awesome to know when rockers meet JESUS, the True Rock of Ages.

I have great respect for these men. God will save many from all spectrums before all is said and done. God is an Awesome God.

During the era of hair metal, I would sit my little brother down to listen to Iron Maiden. Listen to these lyrics I would tell him. Every song was a story from literature, or mythology, or history. I loved it. When I came home on leave from the Army I discovered that all my Maiden cassettes had found their way into my brother’s room.

Rime of the Ancient Mariner is a favorite, Where Eagles Dare, Alexander the Great. Man there are too many to choose from.

Great interview! I’ve been a Maiden fan since high school. I think they even helped get me through high school. I always enjoy it when a band tells stories with their songs, and Maiden does that so well.
