Just sharing the bounty! Artists apparently consider the Burning Bush as their Mother Lode. Although the "stories I provide" are simply the Bible text. If a Bible passage is mundane it doesn't inspire lots of art, so I don't have anything to work with and therefore just don't include it; so I'm really just cherrypicking.

Just curious: did you have a favorite, one that jumped out? For me it was the last one (which is why, of course, I put it last), the naked Moses sitting before naked God.

But you may find the next installment but one to be less beautiful than grim. Well, put it this way: Jews rightly celebrate the Passover and produce joyous artwork, as you'll see; but I've yet to run across an Egyptian who does.

I seldom have a favorite when it comes to art, a couple of weeks ago at the museum my lady ask which I liked best and there were four or five. Your choices are always top shelf, the naked Moses was very nice. Re next one, life is not all beautiful, we must have the grim to appreciate the beauty.
