Thread Instructions and Guidelines:

I believe that God wants us to know how much He Loves us and desires to hear our personal prayers so in His Kindness and Mercy grants our humble requests, not always but often in the exact manner we expect and so I think it’s very important for the people that pray to learn of how their prayers are answered.

To post a prayer request on this thread simply click on the "Post Reply" button on this post and let everyone know who and what we are praying for. Those that check this thread regularly will see your post. If you PM me, I will ping my regular FR prayer warrior list (everyone that posts replies to this and previous threads) with a link to reply to your post number. There are now over 100 FReepers that will be notified. I will also ping everyone to any updates you provide. I will not ping any FReepers that have specifically requested to be excluded from prayer pings.

If your prayer request is of especially critical and urgent nature and there is still time for a miracle, Please create a separate post / thread *I can do this for you. Then I will ping my very low volume urgent ping list of over 1000 prayer warrior FReepers.

* If you need me to post a thread for you, just PM me with as many details as you can provide but especially the first name of the person we are going to be praying for. I believe that God plays a role in how we receive our first names and so it is a slightly more powerful way to pray however He knows who we are praying for anyway and it's not really necessary. Please try to make at least one post to the new thread so I can direct poster's replies directly to you. If you want to remain anonymous I will gladly honor your request.

Father in Heaven, we ask that you help Edith fight cancer. Please reduce the impacts on her face and through, help her immune system fight the disease and guide the course of treatment to provide her with the best quality of life and physical comfort. Please help Edit and her whole family perceive your tender car through this struggle. Thank you for all the days you’ve blessed Edit. I ask for healing for Edith in the name of your Son, Jesus Christ. Amen

Thanks. He’s been cancer free for a year now. He still has neuropathy pain in his hands and feet which was a side-effect of the chemo. The doctor told him it could be permanent. Because of that, he hasn’t been able to return to work. His job requires him to use a computer his full shift. And there’s also an issue of his weakened immune system, because when they did the two re-sections of his bowels, they took out about 80 lymph nodes. All we can do is pray, and I will keep Frank, and his wife in my prayers.

Glad the cancer is gone, and praying for his other issues to be resolved.

He has worked...what...about 25 years, and paid taxes.
he is entitled to full disability pay, which I hope he is getting.

He shouldn’t even worry about working.

Thank you. He’s been getting disability pay (not full pay) from Geico, but that will end on January 1st. He’s applied for Social Security Disability (he’ll be 50 in February), was denied, and has appealed. His wife also works for Geico, and has been working from home since August. When the lockdown occurred, she went on furlough, but got nothing...not even unemployment. I help them out financially, but I’m not going to be around forever. I’m 73, and the last one in my family. I also have a 54 year old son.

Prayers up for all. Thanks to infool7 for posting these requests, and to all the prayer warriors. UPDATE: My hubby had a biopsy yesterday. The surgery part went well, and skin was loose enough that a graft was not needed. Now we wait for results. He’s on restricted activity till 11/30. Hoping and praying that it’s not cancer.

My brother received Anointing of the sick aka Extreme Unction aka Last Rights at around 1:30 today. They were very accommodating at Jesse Brown and were even able to link our mother (Ruth 93) via facetime for the sacrament. Please keep all of our vets and those that are caring for them across the country in your prayers.
