He put us down here and basically said: Go for it. Then sent his son centuries later to straighten out the mess only for it to happen again. He’ll sort them out later.
We also need to distinguish between tragedy and malevolence. Earthquakes are not evil, nor is bone-cancer. These are tragic. These are the conditions for all creatures on this plane of existence here Earth. Of course we are not judged by these events (although we are for our reactions to them).
Malevolence is evil, and belongs to man - his imaginations, his thoughts, his behaviors and his actions.
“Hell sort them out later.”
Sometimes (especially lately) I wonder what’s taking him so long.
No. George Soros is responsible.
The Opening Post ends with this statement:
“Conclusion: Mankind, NOT God, is the cause
of sin, evil, and natural disasters in the world.”___JAG
Note the key word “AND.”
In other words:
{1} Sin & Evil
“AND”
{2} Natural Disasters.
So?
So {1} and {2} are NOT the same.
______
However Sin entered the race due to man’s Free Will choice to Sin.
Sin caused The Curse upon mankind.
The Curse upon mankind caused such as bone cancer.
Sin caused The Curse upon the Earth.
The Curse upon the Earth caused Natural Disasters
such as Earthquakes, Hurricanes, etc
Wants to ensure as many as possible are in his camp before closing the gate; then all H3LL will break out - literally.
“No. George Soros is responsible.”___Froggy
Heh heh, Georgie is quite a guy!
He owns 3/4 of the World, don’t he.
Georgie is getting old too.
Born August 12, 1930 Age 89
Georgie will soon have most of his questions about the “afterlife” answered.
In the end, if there is a God, and he is almighty, and he created everything... then the buck stops there and yes, he’s responsible for everything. I mean, is he in charge, or isn’t he?
.
Stephen Fry ?
Who lets some leftist atheist actor be quoted asan authority on anything ??
.
Attention Whoring looking for a new gig?
.
I heard it asked as i’m certain others have heard a somewhat rhetorical ‘trap’ question by someone who wants to try and mock your beliefs. The age old question
“WHY IS THERE SUFFERING IN THE WORLD”
The response i considered is the same as what Jesus gave to the mocking pharisees. John 9:2-3
It was not because of his sins or his parents sins, Jesus answered. This happened so the power of God could be seen in him.”
It is the same response. There is suffering in the world so that the power of gods people can be seen in them.
I dont know how effective a response that would be. But it works for me.
For I am the Lord thy God I created the good and the evil”
God allows it.
God doesn’t allow it.
This is Man’s world, and man chose the ways of the world over God’s world. It is our world, our domain. God created us and gave us free will. This earth is the result of our free will.
God is in charge, but he has given man reign of the earth until he’s had enough and sends Jesus back in the final days.
All that happens here is Man’s choosing, and man chose to embrace the ways of Satan on this earth.
If you’re curious, you can read the very last book of the Bible, Revelations. It’s only a read of a couple hours or so, and it will answer many of your questions about this earth and where it is headed.
When Soros dies, he has an army of evil to continue his work. The work is truly that of Satan.
Of course He does. Read Job sometime, and pay attention to what He allows Satan to do and not do (and compare that to the direct acts God takes toward Job).
Also, consider a few things:
The God of the Old Testament is arguably the most unpleasant character in all...”
I love these guys who can’t put the stars in the sky, separate the firmament from the waves create Time and place everything in it but nonetheless think that THEY are more moral than God.
“In the end, if there is a God, and he is almighty, and he created everything... then the buck stops there and yes, hes responsible for everything. I mean, is he in charge, or isnt he.”__A Perfect Lady
In other words you have zero intention of actually reading
my Opening Post and coming to grips with it.
That’s cool. This is the Internet. Party on!
Not me.
Stephen Fry was quoted not as an authority, but as
someone who was WRONG.
