Time for another church. Tell pastor you are leaving because you want to hear the Truth out of the Bible and not LIES from CNN.

Amen. I don’t go to church.. The TV Evangelists I watch.. 700 Club and Joyce Meyer.. have sold out to the Establishment Republicans and Leftist Liars spewing racism when in reality it is all about politics.. I pray I’ll find a local church I can believe in.

A slightly related incident from Scripture might prove enlightening. It's largely overlooked but instructive. 1000 years before Christ, the Bible teachers of Israel, the Levites, were scattered throughout the whole area, all 12 tribes.. That was until the death of Solomon and a second king installing himself in the northern regions. This king, Jeroboam was an evil apostate and decided to put up a false altar (calf worship) for convenience sake. What did the God-fearing Levites do? They left to go to the true temple.

Last month I got tired of the inadequate Bible teaching I was getting in Southern California and moved near a Bible teaching church in San Antonio. So the point is, go to where you can "be fed" the Daily Bread, the Word of God.

It’s not a cafeteria. The fellow is 82, and soon out to pasture, anyway. Just disappointing.
