CROSSING THE JORDAN HAS FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST GOVERNOR NEWSOM, HEALTH OFFICER DR. SUNDARI MASE, SONOMA COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, SANTA ROSA CITY & LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.

SHARE. SHARE. SHARE. HELP US STOP THIS MADNESS! This is not what our nonprofit wanted to do. We have made every effort to avoid this. Our residential program is deemed "essential" but our only funding sources are not. Our residents are not eligible for unemployment, our program does not rely on your tax paying dollars & without us opening our stores, safely, we would be forced to close our program. We refuse to force over 100 residents with children, formerly addicted and/or homeless, back onto the streets of Santa Rosa where illegal drug use and sales are happening right out in the open.

If this is about public safety, why not open the lines of communication? The purpose of our lawsuit is to stop the excessive citations/technical arrests of three times a day, every day and allow us to operate & fund our essential program.

We do NOT want special treatment. We simply believe our residents have a right to provide for themselves and their children. This is HONORABLE.

Crossing the Jordan trains our residents to honor law enforcement, respect the laws of the land and be accountable for our actions. This is who we are & so this was not an easy decision.

THANK YOU to all of our customers, donors, and supporters.

God is our Provider.

With Gratitude,

Crossing the Jordan Family

Governor NewSCUM has enjoyed this pandemic. He gets to be on television several times a day pretending to really, really, really care more about Californians that his hair.

As Vito Corleone said about Tataglia--"He's a pimp." So is NewSCUM.
