Yes, Paul is clearly talking about the OT ceremonial law. Look at Ezekiel 45:17
Ezekiel 45:17 King James Version (KJV)
17 And it shall be the prince’s part to give burnt offerings, and meat offerings, and drink offerings, in the feasts, and in the new moons, and in the sabbaths, in all solemnities of the house of Israel: he shall prepare the sin offering, and the meat offering, and the burnt offering, and the peace offerings, to make reconciliation for the house of Israel.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the 7th day Sabbath. I might also add that Col 2 is used to justify eating pork and other unclean meats. Nothing could be further from the truth. “let no one judge you in meat or drink” clearly refers to meat OFFERINGS and drink OFFERINGS, OT Ceremonial law, which was nailed to the cross at Christ’s death.
I’d hate to be a pastor preaching the NINE Commandments and go before the Throne of God and tell not only why I disobeyed His Word but preached so to others. James 2:10 “For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.” The Sabbath is the one point.
