I don't think so. There would likely be evidence, rumors of rumors, etc.

But, perhaps more importantly, many people who aspire to power eschew those "plebeian" desires for things like money or sex. The reason is because they recognize that those ensnared in money or sex can be controlled. By tacitly or directly encouraging that behavior, they can use these useful idiots.
