two armed parishioners shot and killed him
two "heroic" churchgoers who returned fire and killed the suspect
CNN can't math, apparently.

Interesting how yes, the first two actually deadlined the shooter, but it looked like at least another half-dozen CCW types would have finished the job if they had not.
THAT is how it ought to work......everywhere. This whole “available unarmed victim zone” malarkey is just nuts.

CNN lies.
He’s not the “suspected shooter”.
It’s right there on video and he’s dead so there will never be a trial. You cannot defame the dead. He’s the shooter. Say it. saaaaaay it, CNN.

Great 'gun control' by the good guy...
A real tragedy but just imagine how many would have died had it been one of the Democrats' 'gun free zone'...

The media narrative is that in a mass shooting situation, all the legally-armed people go around shooting each other instead of the perp. Saying outright that the shooter was killed goes against that narrative.

Thanks for the link
Holy crap, the perp was sitting down, he stood up, went over and said something to some guy, backed away and started shooting. The first guy he shot looked like he was pulling his gun when he went down, the 2nd victim right afterwards. Quick response and good one-kill hit by the church member.

premonition
noun: premonition; plural noun: premonitions
a strong feeling that something is about to happen, especially something unpleasant. "he had a premonition of imminent disaster"
To: Wonder Warthog
Looks like the first man shot was drawing a weapon

It looks like the first parishioner to pull his weapon got shot before the one behind him did the job.
If I saw it correctly then just damn!

This can’t be right. We’ve been told over and over again that armed citizens will just make “a bad situation worse”, causing more innocent casualties. In fact, in the entire history of the world, there has never been a single shooting stopped by a non-law-enforcement citizen with a gun.
The correct thing for the congregation to have done was wait for the police to arrive to deal with the shooter, shelter in place and perhaps throw hymnals at the shooter.
Yes, this is sarcasm...

I read in another article that he was a former FBI agent who was retired, and volunteered to work security at that church. He’s a member there as well.
